Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev signed a decree "On creation of public expert councils under the Kyrgyz President", information policy department of the President's office reported, CA-News writes.
At Atambayev's meeting with representatives of civil society, a decision was made to create a permanent dialogue platform that would unite public, leaders of civil society and expert community of Kyrgyzstan to promote the reforms in the country.
Representatives of civil society created a working group together with the departments on ethnic, religious policies and engagement of civil society and with legal support provided by Presidential Office.
The law stipulates the mechanisms for ensuring the partnership between the President, civil and expert societies, forming and implementing the state policy on peace and harmony, strengthening the unity of the nation and developing the education.
For these purposes a decision was made to create two expert councils: public expert council under the President on inter-ethnic, inter-religious development and public council development of education under the Kyrgyz President.
