The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, in partnership with EY Azerbaijan, has held a masterclass titled “Lessons from the Global Financial Crisis”.
It was held in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, and attracted top business executives and aspiring professionals representing various industries who wish to advance their careers.
The masterclass was led by professor Randall Kroszner, Chicago Booth's deputy dean for the Executive Programs.
Along with having a lively discussion on the state of the world economy, Mr Kroszner also presented unique features of the University’s Executive MBA program and its impact on professional development and career progression.
Randall Kroszner is a known and respected figure in the world of business. From 2006 until 2009, he served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States.
He was chairman of its Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Banking Institutions during the global financial crisis.
