Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Zarbaliyeva / The trial on the suit of the Independent Azerbaijan University's students was completed in the Nariman District Court under the chairmanship of the judge Mehpara Ahmadova, on 1 May.
The students claimed that the actions of the Ministry of Education, the Baku State University, The National Aviation Academy, the Azerbaijan International University and the Military Commission of Azerbaijan were illegal. All of which refused to reply to their inquiries.
The representative of the students, Nurlana Aliyeva, informed Trend on 1 May that the Court had made the final decision in this connection. The Court did not allow the suit and claimed it groundless.
Aliyeva urged that she would apply to the Court of Appeal regarding the decision.
