BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 11. Turkey increased steel exports to world markets by 42.3 percent (up to $ 7.7 billion) from January through April 2022 compared to the same period last year, Turkish Ministry of Trade told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
"Turkey increased steel exports by 23.9 percent (to $2 billion) in April 2022 compared to the same month in 2021" the ministry said.
According to the ministry Turkey exported $24.6 billion worth of steel in the past 12 months (from April 2021 through April 2022).
