BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 18. The General Meeting of Austrian Takeda Osteuropa Holding GmbH’s representative office in Azerbaijan has made a decision to liquidate the legal entity without transferring rights and obligations to other persons in the order of succession, Trend reports citing the Taxes online newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
According to the newspaper, creditors can submit their claims to 64/66, Ahmad Jamil Str., Yasamal district of Baku, within two months.
In accordance with Article 61.7 of the Civil Code of Azerbaijan, the liquidation commission (descriptor) will pay the creditors of the legal entity in liquidation in the order of priority, including claims for their payment.
