BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 21. The cost of paid rendered services to the population in Azerbaijan increased by 11.9 percent from January through April 2023 compared to the same period in 2022 and amounted to 3.5 billion manat ($2 billion), the State Statistics Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan told Trend.
According to the SSC, legal entities in Azerbaijan provided services to the population for 2.6 billion manat ($1.5 billion) during this period, which is 75.3 percent of the total volume of rendered services.
The volume of paid services per capita averaged 345.7 manat ($203.35) from January through April 2023, which is 63.9 manat (37.59) higher than in 2022.

The cost of paid services provided to the population in Azerbaijan increased by 8 percent in 2022 compared to 2021 and amounted to 9.2 billion manat ($5.4 billion). According to the SSC, legal entities in Azerbaijan provided services to the population for 7 billion manat ($4.1 billion) during this period, which is 75.9 percent of the total volume of rendered services.
The cost of paid rendered services to the population in Azerbaijan increased by 4.8 percent in 2021 compared to 2020 and amounted to 7.7 billion manat ($4.5 billion).
