Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The level of inflation in Azerbaijan, from January to November totaled 16.4%, said Arif Veliyev, the Head of Azerbaijan State Statistics Committee, on 14 December.
According to him, the cost of the consumer goods rose by 3.2% in November, as compared to October. The prices for the foodstuffs rose by 15.8%, non-foodstuffs by10.4% and of the services by 21.5%. In the past 11 months the prices for vegetable oil increased by 11%, bread - 48%, potato - 45%, meat - 3.4%, poultry meat - 11%, sugar - 2% and tea by 8.6%.
