The price for oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) increased by another 0.60 dollars Monday, the cartel announced Tuesday.
Rising for the fourth day in a row, one barrel (159 litres) of OPEC-produced crude ended the day at 42.64 dollars on Monday.
OPEC calculates its basket price based on 12 brands produced by its members, reported dpa.
