The sale and purchase operations on Baku's commercial facility market grew 4.3 percent in January, the MBA Group said.
The profit margin on commercial facilities increased one percent in January and prices by three percent.
Supply shrank 12.3 percent on the market last month, the company said.
The average price on commercial facilities fell 1.9 percent in January 2009 compared to December 2008.
