In Jan. 2008, the most expensive land plot was offered in Narimanov district of Baku at $340,000 per hundred parts. The cheapest land plot was offered in Absheron at $400 for hundred part, Participants of the Estate Market public organization said.
In Jan., average price of hundred part of land fell 2.9 percent and totaled $23,120 compared to 23,280 in Dec. 2008.
Exposition term of land plots increased 3.5 percent and totaled 206 days.
Empty land plots accounted for 77 percent of 806 hectares of land offered on the market.
