The average prices of construction materials at the Baku market increased 5.8 percent in June compared to May, the public organization Participants of Real Property said. The prices fall by 5.7 percent as for early year compared to 44.5 percent of 2008.
The monitoring was held on 38 units and 87 varieties of construction materials, out of which a decrease was observed on 13 units and prices remained stable on 56 units. Prices increased on 18 units.
The local material construction hit 52.9 percent at the market.
