Real estate market in Baku activated by 10-12 percent in the second half of September, expert of the MBA Group consulting company, Nusrat Ibrahimov said.
"The growth in activity of the market is linked with the beginning of the seasonal period for the housing market," Ibrahimov added.
According to Ibrahimov, despite the increase in market activity, average prices remained stable, because the prices for cheap apartments rose and for the most expensive fell.
Earlier most of two-room apartments might be bought for $60,000 -$65,000 on the market, but now these flats cost $70,000-$75,000.
"The market is experiencing such a situation with a two-room apartment, because the market almost lacks the cheapest apartments," Ibrahimov said.
