According to the NGO 'Center for Economic Research', the inflation rate in Azerbaijan amounted to 2.75 percent in November. Consumer prices in Baku last month increased by 2.94 percent, 2.56 percent - in the regions of the country, the NGO said.
Inflation hit 9.16 percent for 11 months.
According to the NGO, inflation hit 10.18 percent in November compared to the same period of 2009.

The organization's message also said that in November, the largest price growth among food products was observed for highest quality grain to 16.77 per cent, sunflower oil - 8.35 percent, white bread - 7.35 percent, eggs - 20.31 percent, cookies - 7.25 percent and other products. A significant drop in prices was observed on carrots - 10.73 percent, tangerines - 13.76 percent, chicken - 1.23 percent and other goods.
According to the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee, in November inflation was 1.8 percent.
According to the non-governmental organization, living wage for the working-age population was 156.18 manat in November, pensioners - 137.14 manat, children under 14 - 191.69 manat.
In November, the minimal cost of working-age population for food products amounted to 98.8 manat, pensioners - 85.63 manat, children under 14 - 112.71 manat.
The minimal cost of non-food for the working-age population was 32.28 manat, pensioners - 29.25 manat, children under 14 - 61.51 manat.
Costs for services amounted to 25.1 manat, 22.26 manat and 17.47 manat respectively.
According to official statistics, the level of minimal subsistence level is fixed at 87 manat in 2010, for working-age population - 96 manat, pensioners - 68 manat, children under 14 - 72 manat.
These estimates are based on the statistical surveys conducted by NGO in 22 regions of the country during July, as part of "The level of alternative inflation and development of model", funded by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland (Seco).
