Iran has finalized answers to more than 700 questions sent by the World Trade Organization, Fars News Agency reported quoting Iran's Commerce Minister Mehdi Ghazanfari as saying.
Iran will submit the answers to the WTO secretariat by the end of June 2011, he added.
WTO working group, which includes EU, US, Canada, Taiwan, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia, sent to Iran inquiry about the country's trade regime in March 2010.
The World Trade Organization accepted Iran's membership request in 2005 after Iran's encouragement to halt uranium enrichment (in 2003) and boosting Iran - Europe nuclear talks. The U.S. stopped rejecting Iran's membership in the World Trade Organization.
Before, the United States had vetoed Iran's membership request 21 times.
