Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved the regulation on the Transport Ministry's State Road Transport.
The Transport Ministry is in charge to approve the structure and the number of employees during 15 days. The Cabinet of Ministers and the executive bodies are charged to bring all legislative acts within two months and to inform the president.
The primary areas of activity are to participate in the development of public policy in road transport and to implement measures for the development of passenger and freight transport.
