The January prices of Baku land plots will remain for August and September, MBA Group official Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend on Monday.
"The average price of one hundred part of land in Baku increased by 2.5 percent to 20,173 in August," he said.
He said a steady rise in prices was observed in suburban areas and areas far from the city center.

The most expensive land was offered in Nasimi for $333,000 per 100 square meters, and the cheapest in Garadagh for $379 per 100 square meters, he said.
