The staff of the Foreign Ministry in Azerbaijan has increased by 39 people to 446 as the result of a Cabinet of Ministers' order. The Central Apparatus staff has been fixed at 418.
The cabinet also ordered to allocate from the Reserve Fund for 2012 funds 380,000 manat to create additional positions at the ministry and $1.046 million in manat equivalent to create additional positions in Azerbaijan's permanent mission to the UN.
The cabinet instructed the ministry to implement these funds' payment.
The order came into force from the day of its signing on Jan.26.
The official exchange rate is 0.7863 AZN to $1 on Jan.31
