'Mega Sigorta' insurance company of Azerbaijan increases its authorized capital from current 10 million to 10.5 million manat.
The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered an issue prospectus of 100 ordinary registered documentary stocks at a par value of 5,000 manat each, the Committee reported on Tuesday.
'Mega Sigorta' insurance company began operating under the new brand on October 1, 2010 and has a license for providing 29 kinds of insurance services, including three mandatory ones.
