The Turkmen state budget’s profitable part was executed by 115.9 percent, while its expenditure part was executed by 91.2 percent in the first half of 2017, the Turkmen government said in a message.
Wages, pensions, state allowances and scholarships have been timely and fully financed in Turkmenistan, the message said.
According to the law on state budget for 2017 adopted by the Turkmen Parliament, the state budget’s revenues are projected at 103.57 billion manats and expenses at 104.87 billion manats, respectively.
Official exchange rate in Turkmenistan has remained at 3.50 manats per $1 since January 1, 2015.
