Kazakhstan, Belarus plan to produce drones together

Belarus and Kazakhstan intend to produce drones together, First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Turchin said at a meeting of the Belarus-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation, according to BELTA.

"We expect that in the near future we will start implementing a joint project for the production of the Belarus drones in Kazakhstan. We hope the pace of cooperation in the IT sector will increase," Turchin noted.

He also said that Belarus is ready to actively participate in joint infrastructure and industry projects, and offered to consider creation of new joint projects in Belarus and Kazakhstan aimed at working with China and European countries.

First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin also spoke in favor of expanding production cooperation with Belarus.
