Kazakhstan launches 36 new enterprises since beginning of 2019

In the first quarter of 2019, 36 industrial facilities worth 110.7 billion tenge were commissioned in Kazakhstan, Trend reports with reference to the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan.

The country introduced enterprises for the production of starches, wheat and cereals with the annual capacity of 77,200 tons, of vegetable and animal oils with the annual capacity of 13,400 tons per year and bitumen with the annual capacity of 70,000 tons.

During the reporting period, projects worth 1.2 billion tenge have been launched for the production of meat and meat products. In the Almaty region, the construction of the plant cost 910 million tenge, and in Zhambyl region 375 million tenge.

The new production of the milling industry is estimated at 2.4 billion tenge. Projects were launched in Akmola (2.3 billion tenge) and Kyzylorda (134.6 million tenge) regions.

Production of mineral water and other soft drinks was set at 1.1 billion tenge in Shymkent.

Furthermore, premises were commissioned for keeping 5,800 heads of cattle, 6,200 heads of sheep and 3,000 heads of horses.
