Azerbaijan's bread company to diversify bakery products

Azerbaijan’s bread producer company Brot Haus begins development of new kinds of bakery products, the company told Trend.

It also plans to introduce French and German technologies in the production.

“The company has fully completed the development of a plan on expanding the assortment and volume of production of bakery products. The introduction of foreign technologies will begin this year. At the same time, the company will expand daily production volumes to 900-1000 units of bread products. Currently, this indicator is 700-750 pieces,” the source in the company said.

“It is planned to increase the production of bakery products. The company doesn't use any chemical additives, and applies only natural ingredients that comply with the standards and requirements of organic products. To this date, the company's bakery products are in sufficient demand, and are sold in a number of Baku’s stores,” the source said.

The company produces several types of breads. The most popular are such varieties as Borodino, Zadegan, and Kendli.

Brot Haus has been operating in Baku since 2016.
