The total volume of Azerbaijan’s export of non-oil products amounted to $141 million in January 2020, which is 2.5 percent more compared to the same month of 2019, Trend reports referring to the Export Review of country’s Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
Russia is a leader among the countries that imported Azerbaijani products in January 2020. Russia’s import of Azerbaijani non-oil products amounted to $48.2 million, which is slightly above 34 percent of all exports.
The other four countries are Turkey (import of Azerbaijani products amounted to $33.1 million), Switzerland - $17 million, Georgia - $8.5 million and China - $5.9 million.
The total export of Azerbaijan’s non-oil products amounted to $1.9 billion in 2019, $690.6 million of which accounted for Russia (slightly above 35 percent of all exports).
The top five countries in terms of non-oil export volume also included Turkey ($401.8 million), Switzerland ($179 million), Georgia ($159.1 million) and Ukraine ($50.6 million).
