Kazakh soft drinks manufacturer eyes building plant in Uzbekistan

Kazakhstan’s Galanz Bottlers soft drinks manufacturer plans to build a soft drink plant in Uzbekistan, Trend reports referring to the press service of Tashkent’s administration.

The issue was discussed during a meeting of businessmen from Kazakhstan with the governor of Tashkent city Jahongir Artykhodzhaev.

The parties also discussed the implementation of promising investment projects, mutually beneficial projects in industry, construction, medicine, landscape design, and tourism between countries.

Galanz Bottlers noted that the company, in cooperation with partners from Uzbekistan, intends to implement a project in Uzbekistan for the construction of soft drinks plant. It was noted that the plant will produce iced tea, carbonated drinks, and water.

In addition, Galanz Bottlers intends to import sausages, pasta, canned food, and confectionery from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan.

Galanz Bottlers JSC, one of the largest local producers of soft drinks, is based in Kazakhstan, with the head office in Baiserke. The company offers ready-to-drink tea (Maxi Chai, Nestea), bottled water (Seven), energy drinks (Torpeda), carbonates (Funky and Laimon Fresh), juice (Dellos), kvass (Pervokvass), and more. In addition, the producer also distributes Enerzen energy drinks in Kazakhstan.
