Kazakhstan boosts gold production volumes over 11M2020

Manufacturing of non-processed and semi-processed silver in Kazakhstan has amounted to 927,030 kg over 11 months of 2020, which is 0.1 percent less than during the same period of 2019, Trend reports with reference to Kazakhstan’s Statistics Committee.

According to the data, non-processed and semi-processed silver production amounted to 84,112 kg in Nov. 2020, which is 5.5 percent less than in Nov. 2019.

Manufacturing of non-processed and semi-processed gold increased by 6.1 percent during the reporting months, having amounted to 103,182 kg (10,524 kg in Nov. 2020, increase by 6.6 percent compared to Nov. 2019).

Production of non-processed aluminum and aluminum oxide amounted to 1.5 million tons during the reporting period, which indicates an decrease of 0.4 percent compared to the same period of last year. The production volume of non-processed aluminum and aluminum oxide was 131,155 tons in Nov. 2020, which is 5.7 percent less than in Nov. 2019.

Manufacturing of non-processed refined lead amounted to 121,397 tons over the reporting period, which is 1 percent more than during the same period of 2019. The volume of non-processed refined lead produced in Nov. 2020 was 29,497 tons, which is 8.6 percent more than in Nov. 2019.

Production of non-processed zinc amounted to 442,583 tons, which is 2.3 percent more than during the same period of 2019 (34,641 tons in Nov. 2020, decrease by 20.6 percent compared to Nov. 2019).

As reported, the manufacturing of non-processed non-alloyed refined copper amounted to 442,583 tons, which is 2.3 percent more than during the same period of 2019 (34,651 tons in Nov. 2020, decrease by 20.6 percent compared to Nov. 2019).

Manufacturing of other non-ferrous metals and products from them amounted to 34,531 tons, which is 30.9 percent less than during the same period of 2019 (1,454 tons in Nov. 2020, decrease by 70.1 percent compared to Nov. 2019).
