As many as 8 manufacturing facilities of Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company (IMPASCO) will be put into operation in the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2021 through March 20, 2022), Trend reports citing the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
According to the report, more than 8 trillion rials (about $190 million) has been spent on these facilities. About 1,600 people will be employed with the operation of the facilities.
“The facilities will produce paper, nepheline syenite, phosphate fertilizer, silicon, metal and gold bars and so on,” the report said.
These facilities are located in Razavi Khorasan, South Khorasan and Isfahan provinces of Iran, the report said.
