Iranian Basilio is planning, by the end of 2006, to complete the preparation of technical-economical base of the project on construction of the second circular road from Zabrat to Zikh settlement, Mirgasim Abbasov, the chief of the investment policy sector of the finance-credit department of the Azeri Transport Ministry, informed Trend. The length of the way exceeds 50 km.
The Iranian company assesses only one part of the project. According to the Ministry of Transport, it needs to determine the remaining part of the project. After this, the cost of the construction of the roundabout road will be determined.
At the moment, the Transport Ministry is holding talks with the international financial institutions interested in participation in financing the project.
