N.Kirtskhalia / "Georgian Ministry of Energy will
conclude on Dec. 20 an agreement with the Azerbaijani company SOCAR Energy
Georgia on transfer of management of gas distribution networks," Georgian
Energy Minister Alexander Hetaguri told Trend on Dec. 17.
"All technical issues have
been agreed upon and the agreement developed. Now we only have to ink it," said
the minister.
President of SOCAR (State
Oil Company of Azerbaijan) Rovnag Abdullayev will arrive in Tbilisi for this
purpose.
Management gas distributing companies will be transferred to SOCAR in order to provide the region with gas.
