Bakielektrikshebeke has bought 3.78 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in January-May from Azerenergy compared to over 3.57 billion kilowatt-hours during the same period of 2011, the company's told Trend on Thursday.
The company bought 578.2 million kilowatt-hours in May compared to 549 million kilowatt hours in May 2011 from Azerenergy.
The company bought approximately 8.21 billion kilowatt hours of electricity from Azerenergy in 2011 compared to about 7.92 billion kilowatt hours in 2010.
The amount of payment by Bakielektrikshebeke for electricity obtained from Azerenergy hit 94.2 per cent in January-May compared to 89.08 per cent in January-May last year.
Bakielektrikshebeke paid on average about 92.2 percent in 2011 for electricity from Azerenergy compared to 96.2 percent in 2010.
