Around 39.14 million tons of crude oil were extracted in Kazakhstan in January-July 2012 or 0.3 per cent less compared to the same period of 2011, the Kazakh Statistics Agency said today.

Around 39.14 million tons of crude oil were extracted in Kazakhstan in January-July 2012 or 0.3 per cent less compared to the same period of 2011, the Kazakh Statistics Agency said today.

Gas condensate production volume totaled 7.422 million tons, or by 0.6 per cent more than in the same period of 2011.

Natural gas production was 23.854 billion cubic meters of natural gas (more than 2.7 per cent, respectively).
