Azerbaijan uses new technology of world leading companies, which paved the way for the creation of new production sites in the engineering and oil and gas sectors, Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan Gulmammad Javadov said at the meeting with Deputy Federal Minister of Austria Transport, Innovation and Technology, Andreas Reichard, the ministry said on Thursday.
The sides discussed the application of modern technologies in order to increase the production of energy from alternative and renewable sources of energy. Javadov noted that Azerbaijan has an experience in this field and the use of solar, wind and other renewable energy sources are expanded in the country.
It is planned to achieve great success in the field of alternative and renewable energy sources.
"In the framework of the development of this direction we would like to use the experience of the advanced countries of the world, including Austria," Javadov said.
During the meeting Reichard noted that Austria is ready to share its experience achieved in the field of new technologies, and that the development of this area in his country is continuing successfully.
