Kazakhstan increases production of gasoline

Some 394,651 tons of gasoline were produced and imported to Kazakhstan in September 2021, which is by 4.1 percent more than in September 2020 and by 9.4 percent less than in August 2021, Trend reports with reference to Kazakhstan’s statistics.

This figure reached 3.5 million tons from January through September 2021, which is by 8.4 percent more than in the same period of last year.

Some 394,600 tons of gasoline were produced in September 2021 (increase of 4.2 percent compared to September 2020 and decrease of 9.4 percent compared to August 2021), while 51 tons were imported (decrease of 85.1 percent and growth by four times, respectively).

This entire volume was sold on the domestic market in September. The sales volume in the domestic market increased by 24.4 percent compared to September 2020 and decreased by 9.4 percent compared to August 2021.

Some 10,945 tons of gasoline were exported from January through September 2021 (decrease by 76.7 percent compared to the same period of last year) and 3.4 million tons were sold on the domestic market (increase of 21.5 percent).
