TEHRAN, Iran, October 19. Iran plans to boost South Azadegan oil field production to 570,000 b/d, the managing director of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Mohsen Khojasteh Mehr Trend reports citing IRNA.
Khojastemehr said that a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the NIOC and 6 banks and 6 exploration and production companies worth $7 billion to boost the South Azadegan field's production capacity.
He pointed out that the banks` Investment Research will begin in the near future
