PRICES FOR AZERBAIJAN’S OIL CONTINUE GROWING

The price for AZERI LT CIF on 12 October 2005 was $61,49/barrel (grew for $1,49/barrel as compared to the previous price). The density of Azeri Light is 34,9 degrees by API, the sulphur content is 0,14%.

The price for URAL (EX-NOVO) on 12 October was $56,38/barrel (increased for $1,23/barrel). The density of URAL is 32 degrees by API, the sulfur content is 1,3%.

The price of Brent (DTD) on 12 October was $59,91/barrel (rose for $1,91/barrel). The density of DTD is 38,3 degrees by API, the sulphur content is 0,36%.

The quotation of AZERI LT CIF reflects the price of the Azerbaijani oil delivered to the Mediterranean ports, shipped by the stockholders of the Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) at the Georgian terminal in Supsa. The quotation of URAL (EX-NOVO) reflects the price of oil, shipped at the Russian terminal in Novorossiysk.
