Siemens delegation got familiar with Sumgayit new SGP construction works

A delegation of the German Siemens headed by the Board member Rudim Limpercht got familiar in detail with the works implemented within the Steam-and-Gas plant (SGP) of 506 MWt in Sumgayit. The company’s specialists gave some recommendations for accelerating and intensifying of construction works, the press service of the Azerenerji JSC told Trend.

The works are implemented strictly by the schedule. The basic works are focused on the laying the base under the turbines. The works on water supply and water-cooling systems construction are also underway. For solution of the problem in accordance with the SGP requirements specialized German Ingros-Lackner has been invited.

The project’s cost is about 300 million, including building of a new gas line.
