Azpetrol denied information spread by media on resignation of Tomas Mozer, the First Vice President of the Company. Mozer is on business trip on base of the preliminary agreement with Company, Trend reports referring to the press release spread by the Company Рѕn 1 December 2005.
Azpetrol also stated that information about loss of assets or objects belonged to Company, reforming of organizing structure or closing of daughter enterprise was false.
Despite current tax check-ups, the Company works in normal regime.
The document says that the companies entering Azpetrol group of companies and acting in Moldova are legal entities, confirmed by the Moldovan legislation. The check-ups carried out in Azerbaijan will not affect their activities.
