Kazakhstan names projected value of state budget revenues

The Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Ruslan Dalenov predicted the volume of the country’s budget revenues for the next three years, Trend reports referring to Kazinform.

"The revenues in the budget are expected to make up over 9 billion tenge ($21 million) in 2023," Dalenov said at a plenary meeting of the Parliament’s senate. "In 2021 the budget’s revenues (excluding transfers) will amount to 6.9 billion tenge ($16.1 million), in 2022 – 8.5 billion tenge ($19.9 million), and in 2023 – 9.2 billion tenge ($21.5 million)."

According to the minister, the guaranteed transfer is proposed to be determined in 2021 at 2.7 billion tenge ($6.3 million), in 2022 – 2.4 billion tenge ($5.6 million) and in 2023 – 2.2 billion tenge ($5.1 million).

"To increase funding for development programs, it’s proposed to attract a targeted transfer from the National Fund in the amount of 1 trillion tenge ($2.3 billion) in 2021," he noted.

"The projected incomes will amount to 11.4 trillion tenge ($26.7 billion) in 2021, 11.8 trillion tenge ($27.6 billion) in 2022, and 12 trillion tenge ($28.1 billion) in 2023. Expenditures of the budget projected for 2021 will make up 14 billion tenge ($32.7 billion), in 2022 – 13.873 billion tenge ($32.4 billion), and in 2023 – 13.889 billion tenge ($32.5 billion)," the minister said.

"The forecast of socio-economic development is aimed at maintaining macroeconomic stability and ensuring productive employment, as well as sustainable and high-quality development of the national economy," concluded Dalenov.

Earlier, the minister predicted GDP growth for the next five years.
