BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 24. The total assets of Azerbaijan's Azer Turk Bank increased by 2.36 times in the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to the same period of 2021, Trend reports referring to the bank's balance sheet.
According to the sheet report, the bank's total assets made up 965.157 million manat ($567.99 million), up by 557.829 million manat ($328.28 million) year over year. Out of gross assets, 33.33 percent fell on the loan portfolio, growing by 37.73 percent and reaching 321.7 million manat ($189.3 million).
Following the results of the 2022 fourth quarter, investments in securities (120.98 million manat, or $71.19 million) accounted for around 12.53 percent of Azer Turk Bank's total assets.
Meanwhile, 29.8 percent of the bank's assets fell on cash and cash equivalents, totaling 287.66 million manat ($169.28 million).
Other assets of the bank amounted to 22.98 million manat ($13.5 million) in the reporting period.
