The service of insurance control of the Azerbaijani ministry of finances has summarized results of the tender to introduce E-governance system, the ministry said on October 3.
BestComp Group was announced winner of the tender. This company will deal with introduction of automated governance system.
Introduction of E-documents circulation is the first action and fundament to realize 'E-government' conception. It will ensure effective governance of documents by the ministry in all stages of their activity. Introduction of automated documents circulation system will reduce time for preparation of documents owing to joint work over it, increase efficiency of their execution owing to identification of person responsible for execution, effectively organize search of documents, control their activity on documents circulation and take governing decisions.
