Khuzestan Water and Power Company (KWPA), affiliated with Iran’s Energy Ministry, intends to hold an international tender for construction of water treatment plants in Khuzestan Province, southwestern Iran.
Subject: Financing, engineering, procurement, execution and one year trial operation and maintenance of Ahwaz water treatment plants (Kut Amir, Kian Abad and Shiban) based on EPC+F contract.
Project location: Ahwaz city (Kut Amir, Kian Abad and Shiyan areas) in Khuzestan province.
Estimated cost for execution: 203 million euros
Execution and operation periods: 60 months including 48 months for financing, designing, procurement, execution along with 12 months of trial operation and maintenance.
Foreign contractors must be capable of financing, providing technical support and management regarding to the size, magnitude and specifications of the project and shall submit the Letter of Pre-Agreement of the intended foreign financing banks or institutions to finance 85 percent of total contract price along with other qualification documents.
The bank or financier institution must meet the necessary conditions to finance the project approved by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).
Eligible bidders may obtain the qualification documents from Supreme Supervision division of Dezab Consulting Engineers Co., located at: No 508, first of West Taleghani Street, Palestine Square Tehran, Iran, no later than Jan. 27, 2018.

The bidders can receive the document only by the authorized representative with the sign and sealed introduction letter including the bank payment bill of 3 million rials (each USD makes 36,600 rials) deposited into account number 100595517004 of Dezab Consulting Engineering Co in Saderat Bank, located at Farvardin St., Golestan Branch ( branch code 3720).
Qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to Contracts Department of Khuzestan Water and Power Authority (KWPA) at the following address no later than Feb. 12, 2018.
