Turkish General Directorate of Highways has announced a tender for the transportation of 20,000 tons of bitumen from the country's Izmir, Batman and Kirikkale provinces to Elazig province.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on Feb. 25, 2019.
