Uzbek-Korean JV Uz-Kor Gas Chemical has announced tender for the purchase of electric heaters from the domestic market.
Organizations registered in Uzbekistan and having the right for commercial activity in the territory of Uzbekistan are allowed to enter the competition.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
-Suppliers being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, separation, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- Suppliers who did not provide all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the established period;
- Suppliers who did not properly fulfill the commitments under previously concluded contracts;
- Suppliers being in a state of litigation with a customer
The offer must be submitted by 3:00 pm (GMT +5) on March 13.
Delivery must be within 60 days after signing the contract to Akchalak settlement.
Payment should be 100 percent in 30 days.
The participants should provide a copy of the certificate of conformity or an equivalent document alongside with the commercial offer.
Commercial proposals must be on letterhead with the signature of the head certified by the seal.
