Turkmenistan's Turkmengas State Concern has opened a tender for the design and construction of a turnkey plant for the production of methyl diethanolamine in the Balkan region.
The potential bidders are invited to submit a signed and sealed written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, bank details in a closed and sealed envelope with a cover letter; read the law of Turkmenistan on hydrocarbon resources.
Tender offers are accepted within 30 working days.
