The volume of cargo loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port of the Mazandaran Province (northern Iran) increased by 2.73 percent in the 11th month of the current Iranian year (January 21 through February 19, 2022), compared to the 10th month (December 22, 2021 through January 20, 2022), Trend reports via the statistics of Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).

According to the statistics, a total of 71,700 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in this port over the reporting month. Of this, 1,090 tons were loaded and 70,600 tons were unloaded.

About 1,090 tons of cargo were exported and 70,600 tons were imported through the Noshahr port in the 11th month.

“So, 64,900 tons of essential products, 6,770 tons of leather goods, clothing, fibers, paper, and wood materials and 9 tons of container products were loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port in the 11th month of the current Iranian year.

About 12.6 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the 11th month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 6.11 million tons were loaded and 6.49 million tons were unloaded. This is an increase of 14.3 percent, compared to the same month last Iranian year.
