Respublica faction has made a proposal to Ata-Zhurt faction to head the Parliament in Kyrgyzstan. Own sources of information in Respublica faction reported to 24.kg news agency.
Meanwhile, members of Ata-Zhurt faction don't comment on the proposal made by Omurbek Babanov. "They may say whatever they can. But we don't receive any official papers with suggestions regarding to the posts of the Speaker or Premier from Respublica faction," said Akhmatbek Keldibekov.
Let's remind that leader of Ata Meken faction, Omurbek Tekebayev, is also making claim for the post of the Speaker. However, rules don't permit the same parliament member to run twice for this post.
