Ar-Namys faction officially announced it became an opposition in the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan as its leader Felix Kulov stated to reporters.
He says it doesn't mean that faction's relationships will become hostile. "The best friend tells the truth. We will try to help the ruling coalition to work well," said Felix Kulov, news agency "24.kg" reported.
