(Cihan) - Turkish Council of Ministers is convening on Wednesday for the last time in this year. The meeting will be chaired by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The meeting was set to convene on Monday but it was postponed to Wednesday due to long debates on next year's budget in the parliament, reports Trend.

A general evaluation of the year, economic developments, the European Union process and counterterrorism are some of the issues to be discussed in today's meeting.

Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul will brief the cabinet members on the subjects discussed at last week's Higher Board of Counterterrorism meeting
