Plans of criminals inside of the country, aimed for disrupting the electoral process will not prevent big victory of democracy, Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili said in exceptional statement at the monastery Svetimtskhoveli in Mtskheta on Sunday.

President Saakashvili made ​​this statement on Sunday September 30 in advance of parliamentary elections.

Saakashvili called on the citizens to come to the polls and make the right choice. "This is a historic day when our nation must finally say no to our dark past and support for the nearest progress. We must go forward, only it will save our country and make it strong and free," he said.
