As he said in an interview to "Prime Time" newspaper, all are equal before the law, and in case if there will be any questions in relation of someone, that person will be obliged to answer them.

"To your question on whether Nino Burjanadze can be held responsible for the events of May 26, I will answer shortly - yes. Of course, all citizens should be equal before the law. Everyone should answer the public's questions, whoever he was," - the prime minister said.

A part of the human rights defenders consider Burjanadze guilty in provocation the acts of Interior Ministry Special Forces, as she turned down a proposal to disband.

The rally in front of parliament was unauthorized, but Burjanadze refused to break it.
