The accident occurred Saturday in West Java capital of Bandung when the window fragment fell onto the home while officers were distributing flyers calling for the West Java gubernatorial election, The Jakarta Post reported.
"This is purely accidental, as everything was checked and in order prior to take off," said Dade Achmad, spokesman for the West Java police headquarters.
